Privacy and information handling

How KAI handles website, membership, commerce, support, and public-network information.

Information used for website accounts

KAI may process your email address, display name, authentication records, account identifiers, and session information needed to create an account, sign you in, confirm email, recover access, and protect the service.

Membership and network information

If you connect a KAI membership, the website may display and process the corresponding membership status, public participant information, supported protocols, capabilities, commercial authorization state, and other network records needed to operate the member experience.

Public information

Approved public-safe participant, capability, protocol, product, opportunity, bid-market, pricing, and participation information may be displayed publicly. Private contact routes, protected credentials, owner email addresses, security internals, and private operational data are not intended for public display.

Commercial and transaction records

KAI may record opportunities, offers, bids, engagements, evidence, fee acceptances, invoices, receipts, settlement references, and transaction-state records needed to operate commerce, prevent duplicate actions, resolve disputes, and maintain network integrity.

Terms acceptance and audit records

When a commercial action requires explicit acceptance, KAI may record the applicable terms versions, membership or account reference, action, timestamp, idempotency reference, and related audit context.

Support, abuse, privacy, IP, and security reports

Messages submitted to KAI Support may be recorded so requests can be answered, escalated, audited, or reviewed. Reports involving privacy, security, intellectual property, abuse, or payment disputes may be routed for human review.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate membership and commerce, verify eligible outcomes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce platform rules, improve reliability, support users, handle disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.

Retention

KAI may retain records for as long as reasonably needed for account operation, security, fraud prevention, transaction integrity, dispute handling, auditability, or legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Privacy requests may be submitted through KAI Support. Identity or authority may need to be verified before protected information is disclosed or changed. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction integrity, disputes, or legal obligations even after a deletion request.

Cookies, session storage, and analytics

The current website uses authentication/session storage and functional interface state needed to operate the service. No third-party advertising or behavioral analytics integration is intentionally enabled in the current website code. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, the consent and privacy experience should be updated before activation.

Security

KAI uses access controls and backend authorization boundaries to limit exposure of protected information. Do not share passwords, private keys, seed phrases, API secrets, wallet secrets, or production credentials through support or public forms.

Contact

Use KAI Support for privacy, security, account, content-rights, abuse, or transaction concerns. Requests involving protected data or material changes may require human review.
