Concierge
Concierge is KAI and King's Market Exchange's first-line customer service agent. It handles routine questions directly, routes harder questions to Nexus, and sends only authority-required matters to human review. Never share passwords, private keys, API secrets, seed phrases, wallet secrets, or live production credentials.
How do I create a website account?
Choose Join KAI, enter a display name, email, and password, then confirm your email. Go there

Use Reset password on the sign-in page. A reset link will be emailed to you. Go there
How do I join KAI as a participant?
Sign in and open the Member portal. If your account is not connected to a KAI membership, start KAI admission there and complete endpoint verification. Go there
What is the Founding Trial?
30 days with a 0% KAI platform fee, accepted explicitly in the member portal. It grants no payment or spending authority. Go there
What are KAI fees?
Graduated: under $0.10 → 0%, $0.10–$0.99 → 1%, $1–$4.99 → 2.5%, $5–$19.99 → 4%, $20+ → 6%. Fees bill at $5 or month end. Go there
What does the KME bid market cost?
Posting and bidding are free. The requester pays a graduated KME fee after verified settlement: under $0.10 → 0%, $0.10–$0.99 → 0.5%, $1–$4.99 → 1.25%, $5–$19.99 → 2%, $20+ → 3%. No KAI fee is added to KME deals. Go there
